I was skeptical, knowing it was made oveseas, but once mounted to the hitch, there is no movement within this frame. The rubber straps for the bike tube are okay, little difficult to get secured on the backside, but overall, I am VERY pleased with this setup. Keeps the bed free, and the trailer hitch is still able to tow. If you are hauling Mountain Bikes, don't plan on three fitting with ease, I haul a Mtn Bike, a Cruiser, and kids bike, and it's tight. Overall, very pleased.
