it has been several years since I bought it and i am 100% satisfied. Product is still in its original shape and still same quality as when new. It has been used under rain and sun of South florida and had stand strong wings: still in very good shape! I recommend it 100%. Forgot to mention: I can use it on top of convertible top AND also when convertible top is down. So, its pretty convenience when you want to keep momentarily the top down under a tree, or for half a day, etc and will protect it from the environment.

Very basic item that is hard to mess up. However, I wish it would have come pre-drilled to use the screws. It is an option to use them, but I felt more secure with that decision. Drilling the holes and getting them to line up with the spoiler was a bit of a pain, making installation a lot harder than it should have been.

Ancra X-Series 1 1/4in. Ratchet Tie Downs XR108-2P Review

My first tie downs I bought were Ancra and thirty years later they still work great. I recently bought some cheap ratchet straps from WalMart and they are nothing but junk so it's nothing but Ancra for me from now on. I use my tie downs for a little bit of everything but these really seem to be geared for motorcycle use which is OK with me. I really like that they have a spring loaded gate on each "S" hook so the hook won't become unattached if there's some unexpected slack in the strap. Another nice feature is you don't need to buy or make a "soft tie" to wrap around your handlebars etc as this feature is built into one end of these straps. Just loop the hook and strap over the handlebar and secure the hook to the "D" ring attached to the strap. Another nice feature is a spring loaded clamp that will secure extra strap so it isn't flopping around going down the road. Any straps flapping in the wind can wreak havoc on a nice paint job. I was a bit skeptical of this feature because the spring loaded clamp seemed a bit weak but having used it several times securing a canoe in the back of my truck while going down the interstate it seems to work just fine. The strap material itself was a bit thinner than I was expecting but it is supposed to have a good Working Load Limit, probably because of the 1 1/4" width. These are nice enough that you have to keep an eye on them so someone doesn't walk off with them. If that happens I would certainly not hesitate to buy another pair as they are nice tie downs.

Website does not specify hitch size. I wrongly assumed is would fit class I-II (1 1/4"x1 1/4") hitches --- but it does not! Otherwise the cover looks great. Just doesn't fit my hitch.
