Nice, strong unit. Was delivered five days early. Package was torn, scratched. The mounting kit is missing. I had hoped to mount this hitch on my truck this weekend, But w/out the missing kit, that won't happen. This hitch is just what I was looking for, except for the missing parts.
21 july 2012- Got the replacement unit-in less time than the first one. This hitch had all the parts( bolts, nuts, washers[flat and compression]) and came in a box. After I got set up, it took about an hour to install using clamps to hold it in place while I got the fasteners in place. Centered the unit and tightened the bolts. Done. I'm very happy with this hitch. Incredibly easy to install.
I'm promoting this to 5 stars , up from 2 just because of how fast Amazon corrected the missing parts and how easy it was to install.
