The item arrived, fine and my extinguisher fits fine. The bracket had been scratched, and some sort of black paint was used to cover up the damage. This would be okay, but scratched area has begun to rust and the paint is coming off. Additionally the main hasp is painted, and regular use removes paint and rust has begun to appear. Finally, the retention pin is held in via gravity and not friction. My bracket is mounted horizontally, and the pin doesn't stay put even in a short trip in the vehicle.
