URO Parts 9169598 Left Headlight Lens Review

I bought this to replace the broken glass lens on my headlight for my 1998 Volvo S70 GLT. It came packaged very well and carefully. The replacement glass is very sturdy and looks is comparable to the OEM lens. Installation was easy, though now instructions are provided. What I did was use a pair of needle nose pliers remove the clips from the old lens and housing by sliding it under one side and lifting, they came off fairly easily. When putting the new lens on, be sure to put the new clips in the same places as the old, there are "teeth" on the plastic housing where they grip onto so it is easy to find those.

A word of advice; if the inside of your headlight housing has lost it's reflective surface due to the elements getting in there like it has mine, it will be a better idea to buy an entire new headlight, rather than just the lens. I haven't spent extensive time searching, though it has proven to be difficult to find a spray paint that can reflect as much light as the metal used in the housing, as well as stand the high temperatures inside the headlight.
