My reason for purchasing the Wade in-channel wind deflectors was highly motivated due to the price difference compared to the more expensive alternative (weather tech). The installation instructions could be more descriptive. I did locate some help on-line via U-tube. The instructions mention keeping the windows fully closed for 72 hours to give the rubber window gaskets time to adjust to the addition of the deflectors which I interpreted as removing the possibility of obstruction or strain when fully closing the windows. THIS did not work. I routinely have problems with the driver side window reaching the fully closed position then re-opening due to obstruction (AUTO close function). I don't know if this problem would be eliminated by purchasing the more expensive alternative. The inconvenience seems to be worth the lower price.
