The hitch was packed well and had the needed hardware. Instructions were not the best but the Youtube videos from E-trailer were awesome. Installation had some hiccups. The carriage bolts provided were two large for the rear frame holes when you add the fishing wire to the bolt diameter they would not pull through. Had to push them back in and widen the hole a bit. (that meant re-fishing the wire) I noticed Curt gives a slightly smaller set of rear bolts with their hitch. I've had the hitch for 1 month and I already have some rust in the receiver tube, it was not fully painted. I have also noticed alot of rattling/movement when towing, the receiver tube is a bit larger than the last hitch I had, so the ball mount moves when towing.
