Update: 4 Months Later
I have noticed that this Subaru bumper cover is not the same as the OEM covers that Subaru supplies to their cars. This cover does not curve down over the back lip of the bumper. It is a flat cover. It does not extend over the back edge. I can see how this might be a problem if you are dragging some gear over your bumper - you could still scrap the curved edge of the metal bumper. If you want a truly bulletproof bumper, buy one form a Subaru dealer or get one that extends over the lip of the bumper.

This bumper cover arrived in excellent condition, and is exactly what I ordered for my 2011 Subaru Outback.
The cover also comes with pre-attached mounting tape. The tape is fixed to the bottom of the cover, and the instructions explain how to install it.
You do not need to purchase extra 3M automotive mounting tape to install this bumper.
