The grilles are designed to fit right over the oem honeycomb grille
The mid grille has issues, fitment for starters the left side wants to stick out more than the right doesn't want to sit flush, there are a couple of bars that are tweaked on the mid grille as well.
The lower no fitment issues and everything looks straight

My advice to anyone getting this grille would be to use a tap in the mounting holes for the threaded studs if you try and just screw them in it will go in but be prepared for the top of the threaded stud where it's set for a flat head to break. it doesn't seem to cut the holes very well either. I've already had one of the threaded studs fall out because of this issue.

I think that this weekend I'm going to see if i can fix the fitment issue I don't think i'll be able to fix the bar spacing though.
If the manufacturer would actually tap the mounting holes and make sure that the bars are straight this would have gotten 5 stars
