I just installed this hitch. It's well made and looks as though it will last a long time. Installation was easy. I used a video from an online trailer retailer to help me as the included instructions are not the clearest. It included everything pictured, including the tongue, which other retailers apparently removed and resold as an accessory.

I'll use these hitches again when I get another car. I'm very impressed and satisfied.
