This is a near-perfect replacement for the OEM piece. BUT...

The OEM grille is made from a softer, more flexible polymer or FILL IN HERE. This part is made from standard run-of-the-mill hard plastic, so I'm not sure how it's going to hold up to road debris (small stones, etc...) during the winter here in Michigan. It might be fine. If I could fit it in my freezer, I'd find out now.

The fit and finish on this is excellent - no flash at the edges of the mold, around the grille slots, etc... Very presentable finish as received. A lot of aftermarket plastic pieces have flash (extra material that shouldn't be there) from the molding process.

The only issue I had is with the parking/turn signal lamps. The slots for them are too wide, resulting in a very sloppy fit for the lights. I've tried both my OEM lights and some cheap knock-off imports, both of which fit the same. I simply used mounting clips that hold it to the radiator support in the light slots. Worked perfectly.

I would have given this 4 stars if not for the light slots being too wide.

So.... Definitely worth the money that I paid for it, but definitely not a 100% OEM replacement. Depends on how picky you are.
